Rob is the founder of Fairfield Aquatics. Rob loves coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities and pushing them to be the best they can possibly be. Outside of Fairfield Aquatics, Rob has other coaching responsibilities in the Fairfield area.

Fairfield Ludlowe High School

During the fall Rob will be entering his second season as Head Coach of Fairfield Ludlowe girls' team. Last year his girls set multiple school records and placed in the top 10 at the State Open for the first time in 6 years.

Fairfield Prep

After girls' season ends, Rob turns his attention to the boys, where he is the current Head Coach at Fairfield Prep. Rob has spent the last 7 years at Prep, with last year being his first as Head Coach. Under Rob's tutelage the Jesuits have been able to continue in their long history of strong swimming success. Last year his boys won their conference championship for the 17th time in the last 19 seasons, and placed 4th at the State Open.

Black Rock Yacht Club:

During the summer Rob coaches at the Black Rock Yacht Club, which competes in division 3 of the Fairfield County Swim League.

Previous Coaching:

Rob spent the last 8 years at the Westport/Weston Family YMCA where he was an integral part of the team's success, including three consecutive CT Age Group Championships.

In his personal life Rob lives in Stamford with his wife Jenna. They enjoy going to concerts and baseball games.

On top of coaching at Fairfield Aquatics, Vin is currently the Head Coach at Laurelton Hall and has spent 10 seasons as an Assistant Coach with Fairfield Prep.

Vin was also an accomplished swimmer. He swam 4 years at Fairfield Prep, serving as a captain in 1996. Vin would go on to compete at Loyola University, Maryland where he would earn a BBA in International Business in 2000.

Vin received his MBA from the University of Bridgeport in 2009. He currently works in the Financial Services industry. An active member of his community, Vin sits on the Board of Directors of the St. Patrick's Scholarship Committee and the Lordship Father's Club.

Coach Jes has been coaching with Fairfield Aquatics since its inception in 2024. He works with all of our swim groups and provides value in many different ways.

High School Swim:

Coach Jes is the assistant swim coach for the Weston boys and girls' teams. In his first season as the assistant coach, his girls won the class S state championship.

Savanna was born and raised in South Africa, at age 15 she moved away from home and went to boarding school in the UK for 3 years to train with Ruta Meilutyte and focus on breaststroke

.

After graduating from boarding school, Savanna moved to the United States to swim with Sion Brinn at IRSC for two years, where she achieved 8 National Titles and one record.

Savanna then transferred to Nova Southeastern University, so complete her final two years of eligibility (which turned into three due to Covid). Within these 3-year Savanna managed to obtain 2 individual and 3 team NCAA D2 National titles, which she would say was the ultimate peak and most rewarding aspect of her 17-year swim career.

Now that Savanna has graduated, she is staying in the sport and will serve as the Graduate Assistant at Fairfield University, while also spending her time with our swimmers at Fairfield Aquatics. Savanna is eager to use her knowledge and love for the sport to help others.

Jerrelle is excited to bring her swim knowledge to Fairfield Aquatics.

Teaching:

Jerrelle has taught swimming at multiple locations including the Bridgeport YMCA, Bridgeport Park and Rec Department, and at Swim 70 (now Velocity).

High School Swimming:

Jerrelle has been the Fairfield Ludlowe girls assistant coach for the past 6 years and is the current Head Swim Coach for the Ludlowe/Warde boys' team.

Over the summer, Jerrelle is the Head Swim Coach at The Patterson Club
